From Dublin you take the motorway (M8) to Cork, at the end of the motorway as you come into Cork you take the first left at the roundabout and head East to Waterford / Roslare on the (N25) Continue on the (N25) East to Waterford / Rosslare, after approx 35 kilometers you come towards Yoghal, do not turn off for Youghal, continue on the N25 taking the Youghal by pass. Follow the by pass to the end where you will come to a small roundabout. Take the last exit right and head back into Youghal Town. 400 yrds up the road the first factory you come to on the right hand site is us. 

From Waterford. Turn left after the bridge and follow the sign for Youghal town centre, 400yrds up from the roundabout on the right is us.
